A delightful magical special spot. We saw the Buster Keaton movie with a wonderful live pianist. It was a joy and the children were laughing so much they would make us all laugh. Beautiful bookstore with special copies of lovely books like The Little Prince and Mary Poppins as reasonable prices. Highly recommend a visit ands supporting such a lovely spot. Very kind team as well who are genuinely enthusiastic and care. A welcome addition to our neighborhood.

A magical and enchanting bijoux space featuring brilliant theatrical productions. From hilarious silent films accompanied by a live pianist and classic puppet shows to spellbinding magic shows, all age groups are catered for. Exquisitely decorated with the most incredible attention to detail. On the ground floor there is a lovely book/toy shop and a cafe selling delicious crepes. To step inside is to step into a vintage world of creative excellence - a wonderful addition to the local Hampstead neighbourhood.

I recently booked 8 tickets for my son and his friends to enjoy a group outing at the Magic Show, followed by some crepes after the performance. The show itself was absolutely incredible, and the kids had a fantastic time!

However, our experience with the staff was mixed. While the older gentleman, who appeared to be a manager, was extremely polite and helpful, one of the waitresses seemed overwhelmed by our group. This caused unnecessary stress, despite the fact that some parents were simply enjoying drinks while others had dropped off their kids. It didn’t feel fair to be treated this way when we were all trying to make the most of a special outing, ordering lots of crepes and drinks.

This is a wonderful theatre for children, but it seems the staff could use more experience in handling group bookings. I hope this improves, as it truly is a magical venue.

It is a fun place for all ages. Best obviously for children. However, I think all ages would like something at this place. It is a very niche place, lovely tea (French Breakfast by Marriage Freres), interesting shop. Very entertaining show. I am not sure about allowing everyone to throw snowballs at the 'bad Santa'. It was all done in the name of good entertainment. Really good!

A wonderful & per perfect little theatre. Great programme and very special to take my children and friends and their kids to attend the Buster Keaton film. To experience a silent film with a live pianist. There was a fascinating talk from the pianist about Buster Keaton and great for the kids to see how it was before the talkies. The shop is beautifully curated with books and objects for all ages and the cafe seemed charming with yummy looking crepes but we didn't eat or drink as it was so hugely busy and seemingly understaffed; it's tiny. So I suggest either coming to the cafe well in advance or staying much later after the performance. The theatre itself is beautifully decorated and charming and quirky and all the staff are all sweet and friendly and kind to adults and most importantly to the children. It's a very special charming unique place (felt a bit like a Wes Anderson set) and well worth a visit. Book in advance as it's small and tickets go fast. It's expensive but you understand why when you are there. You will love this place and cherish the memories.

Quelle belle découverte! C est vraiment un endroit magique à Hampstead. Un voyage dans le temps. J ai eu l occasion de voir un super spectacle de magie et un film muet avec musique live ( avec un pianiste sur scene!). On peut y dejeuner aussi. Ils servent des vraies galettes de sarrasin d une qualité exceptionnelle. Il y a aussi un bookshop. La sélection des livres pour enfants est très originale et intelligente.
Il faut absolument venir à cet endroit, décoré avec goût, très cosy et avec un personnel très sympathique.
