I have visited Heme on Call on 2 different occasions, both times I received excellent care, was quickly taken care of with excellent care and “bed side” manner. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable as well as extremely attentive and efficient. As a person who usually has a very hard time when giving blood or having some sort of needle prove on my arm they were able to do it quickly and painlessly. To date I’ve had 3 different tele-appointments with Dr Fein with excellent results in a very timely manner, I really like the personal and undivided attention offered by this clinical portal. I'm currently pregnant on my third trimester and was referred to Dr Steven to check my iron levels. I called a the beginning of February to schedule an appointment and all insurance information was exchanged the appointment was scheduled to the end of February. After a whole month pass by I received a call 3 days before the appointment with the notice that they do not accept my insurance. They know how time sensitive these blood reviews are and yet did not bother to contact before to let me know I needed to find another physician.
