This places smoothies are like every where else but the staff are so rude and very not welcoming, the store itself could also use some improvement as it’s very dark, cramped, and just overall dirty. I came in when it was super empty and it still took 10+ minutes to make my super easy peanut butter banana smoothie. Overall if you want good froyo Sweet frog is down the street and for smoothies I would just recommend Smoothie King.

When this red mango first opened it was great!!! Always had new flavors, all the machines had flavors in them all the toppings were labeled and stocked ready for you to choose to top off your yogurt mound in the bowl. Now…. When you walk in you have two black leather chairs that are ratty looking the fake leather is literally peeling / falling off the chairs , the workers are holding onto the sample cups and they’re in the most inconvenient spot… right in front of other guests checking out . Not to mention you’re also not greeted when you walk in. Then when you do get the sample cups after you ask for them, there’s about 2-3 machines that don’t have flavors in them.
So you select a flavor … a compromise if you will and then go to the toppings …. Where there is pretty much few and far between. And what’s there is the essence of …. I tried to put crushed m&m’s on my yogurt yesterday and it was M&M dust. Nothing else had labels. Sad I was looking forward to red mango but next time I’ll absolutely visit a different yogurt place where they aren’t blending loud smoothie machines as I’m trying to check out right at the cash register and somewhere where there is actual yogurt flavors and toppings . The funniest thing was you were prompted to tip and we absolutely did not tip and the look on the employees face when we clicked no.. was priceless …. Like u legit didn’t do a thing for us and by the looks of the inside not much for anyone else either. Sorry but not sorry. Red mango corporate office needs to visit this location !!!!

Update: I always give second chances. It’s only right and fair to allow businesses to redeem themselves.

So, of course I discarded my last smoothie because of the review I originally wrote. However, I was craving them so I went back a couple days later.
I believe my review was acknowledged with the shift in service. The customer service was excellent and again, I went in right before closing. The new owner/ manager was there and he was friendly and welcoming. As my daughter and I walked in, we noticed everybody had gloves on. They also changed them between exchanging money and preparing our order (a major plus). We had a yogurt with toppings, a pomegranate protector smoothie, and an açaí bowl. I always get extra things added to my smoothie and they were patient with my requests. Very much appreciated. I took pictures and shouted out the business before leaving.

Thanks for a great experience! Everything was tasty and we will be back. I added a star and will write more positive reviews as we return.

Here now and I come here frequently but as of lately they’ve become pretty unclean. I will admit I came in about 15 minutes before closing, maybe my mistake. The cashier was nice however, She just touched every ingredient of my moothie with her bare hands after ringing me up and touching the fridge, the doors and everything else without EVER washing her hands.. When I addressed it she said she was tired, apologized and put the gloves on. She then proceeded with making my smoothie. The problem is that she went in the same contaminated ingredients with the gloves, touched everything she’d just touched with her bare hands and remade it.

Between making it she went to the back into the freezer with the same gloves, got some blueberries, touched the door and then added them to my smoothie. I’m so disgusted I can’t even finish explaining all the dirty things she touched while and before making my drink. I didn’t want to make her keep remaking it and appear to cause a scene because, honestly, I was the only black person in there. There were other customers sitting as well. Although, I am well aware of the perception of me before I speak. This is my honest review and just pure disappointment. Please just maintain cleanliness to avoid cross contamination. It’s very real

The lady working at the Highland location on the register on 6/15/24 around noon has the worst customer service skills. We payed $17 for two smoothies and she gave them to us with no lids. We asked for different cups and again she gave them to us with no lids. She did not try to accommodate the situation and showed no concern. It didn’t help that the smoothies were overpriced and gross! Never going back!

This place is great. I love the fresh juice.. but that employee in Highland on Indianapolis BLVD needs retraining..she has made me the WRONG bowel doesn't fix it.. doesn't know the prices and that last time I came there didn't even fill my drink up to the top. I should be getting what I pay for

I’ve been sitting in this lobby so long I decided to write a review about how long I’ve been sitting here. I could’ve walked to target from here, bought the ingredients and a blender and find an outlet and make my own faster than this dude could make one shake. The employees here need to be taught to stop taking orders and to prioritize getting people out of the store. Dude took like 6 orders before getting started on any orders so the lobby just started getting filled.
All in all, I shouldn’t be waiting for 20 minutes for a smoothie.
No excuses for this bad of service
