Luis is a good listener. He helped me with my list of desires and concerns as I looked over this car. We negotiated a good "out-the-door" price. It didn't take long to break it down. I gave them a reason $ to hold the car, but Luis would be at two important family events the next day. Good. I came back the next day, Shannon processed the paperwork, collected my final "out-the-door" payment, and took a nice picture of me smiling in front of my 2013 Mazda CX-9. That's how it's done. Car was advertised at $15,990 and I thought it was an incredible deal. I trusted that Shannon was processing the sale with integrity so I admit to signing documents quickly because I knew I would get copies of everything. When I got home and reviewed the documents I was shocked at the amount financed, even with a larger down payment that she asked me to put down. I found that page 2 of the sales contract was missing, which includes sales price of vehicle, taxes, added fees, etc. and when I called to ask for it numerous times, it took them 4 days to supply the document (unsigned). The page showed that she charged me $2,000 more than the advertised price of the vehicle and charged an additional $2,000 for “paint protection applied” without telling me. She took advantage of me because I have less than stellar credit and she knew how much I needed a car, yet she still did it with a smile on her face. Nash agreed to refund my down payment in full and take the car back only because I have proof of fraud.

She did not offer an apology for anything, nor seem shocked that there may have been a mistake. There was no urgency in getting this corrected, as if they’ve done this before and gotten away with it. Do not buy your next car here. Review ALL of your documents. Ask questions. Stay as far away from Scammin’ Shannon as possible.

I’m a big believer in purchasing a new or used car from manufacturer dealerships (OEM), however Nash Auto might have changed my mind. This was the first time I’ve ever purchased a vehicle from a non-manufacturer dealership. There was a discrepancy in my contract (unintentional) which I found out about a few weeks after the purchase. This could’ve become an issue, however the ladies and gentleman at the dealership showed integrity and resolved the issue within a day or two. I highly recommend this dealership, good people.

Its been a week since I purchased mini cooper 2019 convertible from Nash Auto and service was excellent. Mike is one of the sophisticated and non-car salesy person I have met. The company is quite mature, and they mean business for long term. JR is the owner and provided with real good deal on insurance. It's been a week, and the car drives just as promised. Surely recommend the dealership for its professionalism and client care.
