Came into the yard and Annabelle was a Good helper she was very knowledgeable and the customer service was top level she knew actually what I needed and the location of it some just give me a paper and say good luck but she did not next time I come I'll be asking for her people lose there customer service and she didn't im glad Wrench a part has good employees like her definitely she needs a raise if one has not already give to her they also have cokes and drinks if you want to purchase them walking the yard

The employees are always helpful there and answer my questions the best they can. I bought a used battery there and a friendly man that worked there, loaded it my car for and offered to help with getting the core battery from my car when I bring it, (I unable to carry a battery safely myself, not strong enough). I forgot his name but he had a artificial leg and has no problem carrying it for me. Never had a bad experience there. Been there many, many times.

I called for a part quote and spoke with one individual (Tracy), he was courteous and knowledgeable about the part I was looking for. I went out extracted the part I was looking for and went to the register, no problem. That was until another individual rang me up and instead of charging me for that ONE piece I took off as a whole, he individualized it to 6 different pieces. I was informed by the person I spoke with before (Tracy), that it was only $24, but this guy was charging almost $200! That individual was rude, and had one leg, he shouldn't take that attitude to his place of work it's ridiculous and bad business.

I’ve been here twice. They send texts about upcoming sales. Their last text was vague about their wheelbarrow sale being today for premium and standard tomorrow. It sounded like standard was today. Nope. I’m stationed somewhere 100 miles away in the middle of nowhere. I tried asking the manager to help me out, but they won’t have grace for you. The worker said it’s happened to several people as well. Bad customer service.

What a junk company. Pun intended. I was told by the person who checked me in that they offer free veteran entrance but were told they weren't supposed to let anybody who didn't know already know about it. Sounds like dishonest and anti veteran management to me. Unfortunately par for the course for Lubbock. Too bad they are really the only game in town.
