Super rude auntie. Went to collect sim card from NPN travel shopee and since it's my first time collecting so wasn't sure what to do and that rude ass auntie doesn't even help. She kept saying she don't know, I need to figure out myself and asking me to go outside to do (do what idk!) Srsly, if I know what to do need you for what?! Eventually she then pulled out a qr code for me to scan and register my order and passed me the sim card unwillingly. Don't want to serve ppl, better don't work 🙄🙄🙄🙄

Met a Super Rude Aunty at this buzz outlet that refused to scan the ninja parcel on the spot. Asked to “Put there!” What?!?!?! Just put there Who is going to take the responsibility if the parcel is lost And you don't even scan it?! Tell her that I won't leave until you scan the parcel, after that she comes and scan and say “Nah! You want to see ah! See loh See loh! ” She just place the phone In front of my face and says this. Seriously?! Spoiled people mood early in the morning.

Normally when you drop off your parcel at drop point. Staff will scan the parcel in front you to make sure your mail info is properly loaded and will receive notification. Met the staff of Aunty and she said “Put there, you can go “ with very rude attitude as well.

Don’t buy any food there but is it correct way to take people

Very rude aunty who doesn't want to scan my Ninja Van parcel on the spot despite willing to wait for her to free up her time as I understand it can be overwhelmingly busy at times.

When dropping your Ninja Van parcel, avoid this place as much as possible.
