… fire Trissy . Nah I’m just kidding but I sat in that chair for over 2 hours and I had two girls doing my nails . The one doing my feet not only took a shocking amount of time but also messed up the design so bad I have had her twice now and I feel bad cause it looks like she is trying her best bit over all I love gotting my nails done here but it dissatisfied me in these two sessions I’ve hade with Trissy . The other lady is very experienced and nice . But pls don’t hate on Trissy …hands are ok but the feet ..

I’m sorry but this has got to be the most ugly French tip nail I’ve ever seen. Sat in a chair for almost 2 hours. They’re okay for normal regular colours, +1 star for the staff who have worked a longer time there and are great for normal colours but the lady who did my nails for 2 hours (only manicure not even pedicure) there did a really poor job. I wish I didn’t get a package there but I’m not coming back after.

For the amount of $$ you pay the quality is super poor. It’s a shame bc Cluny court is such a lovely place.

I've never had a bad experience at The Room by Nail Bar! 💅 Always greeted with a smile and great service. The ladies always do their best to squeeze me in for appointments, even if I don't have a booking. Highly recommend.

This is a clean and nice nail bar in lovely Cluny court. They offer good package deals and even though I don't usually take packages, I trust it works well for customers. The girls working there are well trained.

You won't be let down by the nice and talented team, whether they do your manicure, pedicure, waxing, lashes or eyebrows. my daughter and I completed all of the services offered here, and we are glad we did. Happy customers here!

Recent visited and had a fantastic experience!! The staff were friendly and professional. Jin and Carol did an excellent job on my manicure and pedicure and made sure i was comfortable!

The place was super clean and they sanitised all tools after each use. I highly recommend The Room for high quality nail services. I’ll definitely be back!! thank you girls❤️
