This ban mian stall has been around for more than a decade, and the quality is still quite decent. The vegetables used here are different from those at typical ban mian stalls. What I love most is the chili, which really packs a punch! I would definitely recommend this place if you are nearby and looking for lunch!

Saw some pretty nasty comments but in my opinion, it definitely wasn't as bad, just a run-of-the-mill bowl of ban main.
The chilli is good, but Top 1's version is better while the soup could afford to be a bit more flavourful
Special mention to the fried dumplings which were meaty and juicy, would definitely recommend!
Plus point would be the fact that the shop is located in an air-conditioned food court so there'll be no sweating during this meal!

Not the best not worst ban mian I’ve had. The food was decent —satisfying enough if you’re in the area and craving a quick meal.

The real highlight, is the unforgettable cashier—a confident 8-year-old kid with his thick gold chain. This young entrepreneur takes your order with a boss like attitude.

Efficient & fast, and during his breaks, you’ll catch him casually messaging his 15 girlfriends (or so it seems).

Truly an inspiration in life

Look—if you’re expecting some jaw dropping mindblowing ban mian soup—you’re not going to get it here. I wouldn’t travel across the country just to have this—you could probably get a ban mian that does the job in your estate. This is however one of the classic ban mians that I think is the textbook example of what folks have in mind when we say “ban Mian/U mian.” While prices are no longer affordable as they used to be—it is still reminiscent of a sincere bowl of noodles with homemade chilli that packs a fiery punch. The clams are sweet—the money leaves add texture, and the noodles are well cooked. Not bad if you’re looking to support the little store and the history in an otherwise old mall. But like I also said—it’s just ban mee soup. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Used to be a loyal customer of the stall, but sigh, photos speaks everything. Yet the vendor deny and choose to brush me off. Didn’t even bother to take a look at it.

This is by far my favourite ban mian. The portion is small, just nice for me and chilli is super spicy. There's fish option and comes with money leaves. Soup.is flavourful without being powering. Egg requires additional top-up..

Cannot understand why people queue for this food. There was no queue when I purchase that's why I chose this stall. Attitude of the stall lady is very poor and rude, shouting (about to scold) over the phone with a customer. I sat in front of the stall while eating, this stall lady did not show any patience to anyone. Either you order correctly, pay and go. Or you will be scolded by her else she will raised her voice. What's the point if your food is edible yet the attitude is not right? I repeat it is edible but not nice. Any noodle stall outside can cook better than this, because this is just borderline standard. Their razor clam are not fresh, comes with an odour.

Anyway, if you have a bad day in the morning, don't come, it will worsen your day. If your day is good, don't come also because it will spoil the rest of the day.

Last ate this maybe ten years ago and it was good then. Now they don't offer the standard minced meat and egg combinations. All items have been upended. Their item one is prawn noodle which I ordered. The soup was rather average. Minced meat was nicely marinated. Anchovies was nice. Prawn was fresh but as expected, it was not deveined. If you want additional ingredients, there was a price list. The place was not very cool for a place that is air conditioned. Their business is good though with endless stream of people. The queue generally was about two to three people when I was there from 12 pm to 1230 pm. I would not be returning as there are much better ban mian elsewhere. My item cost 5 SGD as of 31 May 2024. It was a small one and indeed the quantity was so very little. It wouldn't be enough for an active adult male
