Thank you TWC for the gowns! Zart was wonderful to work with for our wedding on 28th December 2024.

We attended two Singapore Brides exhibitions and tried dresses for several hours at Tanjong Pagar. Despite their premium price—we found TWC’s dresses beautiful and comfortable. We were impressed by the international dresses.

We’d highly recommend others to sit down to see their lookbooks—multiply the number of lookbooks with the number of vendors—you’ll end up with an unwieldy number of choices. Zart helped us to shortlist throughout. He’s got a good eye and we felt his years of experience in our meetings. Both the wedding and evening gowns were found in this process.

We were initially quite hesitant as we’d seen some negative reviews about (1) hard-selling, (2) unprofessional last-minute changes and adjustments, (3) dodgy sub-vendors, and (4) over-priced—we’re happy to share our experience.

(1) We didn’t experience any hard-selling—the stylists and consultants we dealt with were tactful, prompt, and shared adequate timely information that was helpful to us to make decisions decisively. We’re both working adults and neither of us have infinite time nor guaranteed leave approvals—we liked that our consultant was on the same page. We found him tactful, helpful, easy to deal with, and on the ball.

(2) We didn’t encounter last-minute issues. Granted we did take our consultant’s good recommendation to book a good date five calendar days before the wedding to avoid any issues becoming “last minute”. We agreed on our final appointment date four months earlier. The dresses were both altered and ready for final appointment. Minor adjustments were made by a seamstress on-site during our final appointment.

(3) We hired an AD (“actual day”) banquet MUA (“makeup artist”) for one mother-in-law and AD florals (bride’s bouquet and car decoration); the rest of the vendors (e.g., videographer, car, photos, albums, and editing) we had sourced ourselves. The MUA from TWC did a fine job. The bouquet and car florals (thanks Fiona!) were beautiful. Also—thanks for tying the car deco tightly because we were at the speed limit a lot 🤣

(4) We paid a fair price for premium dresses after having done shortlisting and diligence. We know that occasionally premium products will require premium prices.

Our consultant was Zart.

We most importantly liked his creative opinion and taste. E.g., his opinion on specific designs, styles, and colours being suitable for the bride; which dresses aren’t suitable for other body types; and which dresses the bride can wear well. We found his advice and opinions were consistently of good taste in the entire process. We see that he has a good broad view of the gowns but is also able to bring our attention to the little idiosyncrasies of the dress that we would be interested in.

He made excellent recommendations and shared opinions that made sense to us aesthetically. He also understood the sorts of things that we liked and made suggestions based on the evolution of our shortlisting. He helped us to move forward and keep us on-task to make shortlists at each stage of the appointments—certainly welcome as the bride-to-be had gotten quite tired from trying on dresses for so many hours and from so many vendors.

He gave good practical tips like which shoes and accessories made suitable accompaniments to the gowns; and how to appropriately walk in the gowns.

In the first meeting he asked if we were comfortable with a male consultant—we had no issue with this. We’d seen the feedback of the solo bride-to-be being alone with a male consultant—to share some advice, try to go with a chaperone or your fiancé. You can get second opinions from someone you trust and will altogether avoid issues like this. I know—we’re all ideally just doing this once, so you’ve got our sympathies.

Our AD church wedding gown and evening gown were both from TWC. Of course—we were blessed to receive heaps of compliments on the dresses.

For a balanced review and improvement—please be gentler when removing the decoration from the car 😅💕

I had a pleasant experience all thanks to my dress consultant, Zart! He was assigned to assist me in choosing the gowns after placing the deposit! I’m giving 5 stars as I truly appreciate the service he provided! He is approachable, kind, knowledgeable, patient, meticulous and honest! You can tell that he is very passionate about his job! Tbh, he was like my fairy godmother - gives great advice on what to look out for when choosing the gowns, how to wear them, what type of heels to look out for, how to carry yourself and even how to walk! I trust his taste and I love the gowns I chose! My friends and family love the dresses too and asked where I gotten them from!

That said, i made a mistake by not doing some research on the market rental rates for bridal dresses beforehand to get a good understanding of pricing across different boutiques. It always helpful to go in any bridal boutiques informed (esp if their sales consultant’s pitch is really strong)

I had an amazing experience with TWC Zart! While the rental was not the most affordable side, BUT it was absolutely worth every penny. The dress I rented was stunning, in perfect condition, and fit flawlessly. Zart was so attentive and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I had no idea what style I prefer but Zart was so experienced he could recommend me what would be ideal, and it totally works. I received countless compliments on my wedding day! If you're willing to invest in quality and excellent service, I highly recommend TWC and definitely look for Zart (although he’s a very busy man). It truly made my big day even more special! Super thankful to have chanced upon TWC on a random evening while gown shopping without a prior appointment. The staff are very accommodating. When we met the designer Zart, I knew by the end of the session that I wanted to get a custom gown designed by him. Zart was extremely knowledgable and warm. He understood what I wanted and was very accommodating towards my request for a 2-piece gown. I’m super satisfied with the outcome and it was just what I envisioned - clean and modern.

Had visited many bridal studios and had different staffs attend to me for gown choosing but Vika has been by far the most amazing, patient and friendly. She makes you feel so comfortable and with her personality, I just felt at ease when trying to choose my gowns. Thank you so much for the amazing service! My fiancee and I are both very pleased.

They were very attentive and friendly . Not only did they help me get the dress of my dreams , they even went the extra mile to teach me how to fold the dress properly into a suitcase as I was talking the dress overseas to take pictures .

They also provided accessories (earrings ,necklace and hair piece ) to match my outfit
