Pistachio scoop tastes really off. The staff didn’t offer replacement ice cream or waffle. Had to trim this part as nobody wanted to eat. Ordered ala carte vanilla scoop to make up for it on my kids’ ice cream. I won’t be coming here again.

Super bad experience here.. the sign clearly said to wait to be seated but staff rudely told us to just sit anywhere and not to just stand there. When we ordered, we asked for 1 single scoop of ice cream (together with other items). When we checked our receipt, we realized that the cashier heard us wrongly and input their WAFFLE w single scoop of ice cream in their system instead. When we told the cashier it was wrong and to change the order back (with refund), they refused…. like what? So in the end we had no choice but to Aniston the additional cost and eat the waffle one, which was $17 btw (crazy price!!). In addition to this, the food was sooo bad - the popcorn chicken and fries were so soggy!! Would never never come back here again, and please please please DO NOT come here!

I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. The ambiance here is always inviting and comfortable.This is my go-to place for. The staff is not only friendly but also highly skilled. The cashier lady is so friendly and smile. Very welcoming.

I recently visited Geláre, and it was an absolute delight! From the moment I walked in, the cozy and inviting atmosphere made it clear that I was in for a treat.

The desserts are simply outstanding! Their signature waffles are perfectly crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside, and pair beautifully with their creamy, rich ice cream. Speaking of ice cream, the variety of flavors are impressive.

Services were bad. Like really bad!

Came for dine in and was told to seat inside but did not direct to which seats. Hence, my family and I went for the nearest seats but were told to move another seat.

Later, I went to queue to order for food. And clearly the waitress saw me queuing. At the counter, the cashier told me that the order will be taken from the seats. And she immediately turn away and do other work. I asked whether I can just proceed with the order since I was at the counter. But was totally being ignored. How rude!

worth it if you go on tuesdays as they have classic waffles half-price off 🙂 i love sweet things. got the cookie dough + praline & cream flavours. didn't expect the praline to be SO good. anyways staff are nice and friendly!
