I met Bernard at the Road Show in Bedok Mall & there was an instant connection that prompted me to revisit him at the Showroom at Leng Kee. A very open sales person, very approachable, transparent & knowledgeable. I took the Octavia Style for a test drive & I immediately had good feeling. It was very spacious & no one could tell it was a 1L car. It sure drove like a 2L car having a mild hybrid & turbo engine & the Octavia was very responsive, went over bumps like nothing, handled very well at corners & sure had power & amazing pick up. I’ve owned & driven more than 10 cars in my life but the Octavia is my favourite thus far with its good looks & countless features. I would definitely recommend the Octavia Styles (which comes with the upgraded trim).

Adriel is a young, unassuming, candid and friendly sales consultant, one of the best car sales consultant I have ever met. Even though I was very close to buying the Octavia 1.0L after test driving it in the Leng Kee area, I decided not to proceed because of various factors.

Despite my decision, Adriel continued to keep in touch with me. Exactly one week later, I saw him again at the Car Expo. I had already decided to stick with my current car and went to the Expo without any intention to buy.

Adriel recognised me and told me he has an even better offer now. As he was busy with a potential customer, I just hanged around the Skoda booth. The moment he was done, he quickly came over to me, even though he knew it was highly unlikely I would change my mind no matter how good his offer was.

He was sincere and honest throughout, and his offer was truly too good to miss. He was so happy when I asked him if the Graphite Grey unit I wanted from one week back was still available. It was the only Graphite Grey unit left in their stock and I told him if that unit was meant for me then I will buy it this time round. Very quickly, he checked his stock and told me excitedly that the unit was still waiting for me.

I thus bought the car on the spot from Adriel even though I had not sold my existing car. Adriel informed that it was unlikely the car can be delivered in Oct 2024, and asked if it was ok to wait till Nov 2024. To my pleasant surprise, Skoda managed to secure a COE for my car on 9 Oct 2024, and I collected my car on 21 Oct 2024.

I would like to say a big thank you to Adriel for making the whole process extremely fast and smooth. I am also very happy and convinced that I made the right decision in choosing the Skoda Octavia 1.0L, and Adriel played a huge part in it.
