🤩 Amazing shop service! I broke my IC Berlin frame this morning and brought it to this shop. The shop repairs and fixed my frame in 10 minutes! Wow! That’s amazing! Saved my day! 😄😄😄

My glasses have been very valuable to me and I have used them for more than 12 years throughout various outdoor conditions so my heart broke when the plastic arms broke after all these time.

I contacted several Oakley shops in SG to the usual reply or being unable to help so I googled and managed to find this amazing shop. Stefano replied me on WhatsApp immediately to share that he is unable to repair the plastic parts but what he did next really impressed me. He searched his box of spares and found a matching pair.

Fast forward to today, less than 12 hours later and I am holding on to my glasses with the new arms! Great job sir and thank you for being a lifesaver. This is a gem of a shop!

I had a pair of frame which I require to add lens to. Did some research on Google and Visio Optical popped up with many great reviews. Decided to head down and have my glasses fixed.

Arrive on a weekday and believe Stefano (hopefully i got the name correct!) helped me in getting my eyes checked and then after which gave recommendation on the type of lenses I can go with. The process was fast and easy and the speed of turning around the lens was less than a day!

On the day of pick up, I brought along a pair of sunglass which I have accidentally broke the nose pad while on a trip. Stefano was able to fix it in less than 10mins! Which is amazing!

The great service and speedy turn around definitely is worth a 5stars review!

Lastly, I thank the reviews from other customers as well!

Love the aesthetic interior look of the shop.Brought my optical acetate frame down to have metal nosepad arms with silicone pads fixed as it does not fit to my asian nose. It was completed within 20mins time frame and it made my day. Great and efficient service.

Very good experience. Brought my Bulgari sunglasses to repair the legs. Bulgari sent it back to Italy and they could not do the repairs and returned back to me. Love my sunglasses and happy that Stephen could repair them and I can continue to wear them.

I'm writing in to compliment the awesome service and workmanship I receive from Visio Optical. I set in a few of my spectacle frames to repaint new vibrant colors and I'm really happy with the finished products. I took some photos and upload for show. The owner also cut to size and replace my Ray Ban sunglass lenses, it's even better and lighter than the original lenses. Awesome!
