Feeling hungry and getting a heavy breakfast at Pondok Wak Nah, 16 Bedok South Rd.

Nasi Rawon Set is $5.50 and add on fried chicken is another $2.

Nasi Rawon Set contain rice, kuah rawan with meat, part, sotong and bagedil.The food is delicious and tasty. Highly recommended.

Economical and big portion! $5.50 for Nasi Jaganan or Nasi Rawon.

Nasi Jeganan comes with cuttlefish, begedil, tempeh, peanut sauce with bean sprouts and long beans, sambal chilli, and paru. Remember to request to remove paru if you don’t eat beef.

Sauce can be more warm though. The overall taste is ok, I wish it can be more rich and flavourful.

The longtong is always sold out before lunch, even I have yet to try it!

Worth a try if there is no queue, I doubt I will patronise and wait if there is a queue!

Not a good nasi padang n not even the best but there always Q during weekends... Not sure is it cos Muslim foods seem very "overpriced" n this store is still reasonable or is it the "Indonesia authentic home cooked" taste they have in their foods? But overall is not to my liking n personally no need for the Q... Both makciks seem nice thou...

This place is awesome. For 5SGD you get a wholesome meal. Although it is not the best , the quantity and price made up for it .
I'm most impressed by its tempeh even though I'm not tempeh person. It has a nice grilled taste to it . The cuttlefish and paru have good favour to it. Rice soak with beef gravy and beef bits are a good soft compliment to the impressive assortment of sides. The ladies at the stall are very friendly and helpful. The reasons it was not 5 stars because it does not took my breath away. It is good but not over the top good.

The rice sets are pretty good or what locals call nasi padang.

For mornings, I always have their Lontong which are pieces of rice cakes with long beans, fired coconut flesh shavings (locals call it ‘seron deng’), one boil chicken egg in a rich coconut broth with spices. Topped up with a sweet spicy chill pasty sauce. Best of all it cost 3 local bucks & it taste so good.

Oh this Lontong entrée includes a piece of a fried taukua which is fried soya bean curd 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Service is generally good. 3 elderly ladies mostly man this local hawker food stall.

My friend bought for me 1 nasi rawon today and i eat at my workplace during lunch and surprisingly it taste so delicious and the quantity of the nasi rawon is satisfying. It has quality and i love it...5 star
