WORSE consultation ever! Dr Nah needs to come back please! Registered at 1030am only to be called at 1pm. Came to consult on duromine with locum Dr Yip Chee Woi. First thing when i asked about it he said the clinic doesnt carry and that duromine is useless. told him i called the clinic beforehand to ask on duromine. he then asked the counter. counter confimed they have the stock. he did not even check and just say that they dont carry.So then I told him that I wanted to try for 1 month first to see if I'm suitable. He then said we don't supply 1 month only 1 box which I also had confirmed with counter beforehand if I can get only 1 month and they said yes. He then reluctantly prescribed the 1 month supply. He said this is the last box ..I should get it now .told him off that I'll get that at another clinic if I find it suitable. I didn't even get the consultation I needed. I wanted to know the side effects and how to consume . Lucky for me I did some research. So instead of him advising me on duromine,I was the one who had to asked alot on this. He didn't even check me thoroughly to see if I was suitable.kept saying that duromine is useless and I should get Ozempic(form of injection for diabetic patients) for fast effect but Im not a diabetic patient in the first place! He dragged this for so long I got so pissed! Told him I did not have any problem with Dr Nah or Dr Dexter on consultation. Clinic closes at 2pm but he had stopped the registration at 1230pm! Pity the other patients who walked in with sick child.He was being long winded no wonder the waiting time was soooo long! I really hope DR Nah read this and I hope there's camera in the consultation room for him to retrieve and hear. Dr Nah please come back! Don't let DR YIP CHEE WOI (M053581) ruined your clinic reputation!😩😩😩😩

My company AIA insurance is set to be fully cover my clinic consultation and meds in this clinic. But I was asked to pay for my medical cream after consultation. Because I never paid for meds during my previous visits, I was trying to confirm again with the admin staff whether this is not covered under the policy. If it’s not covered then I’ll pay for it. But this particular staff raised her voice and say “you must pay!” without explanation. Her attitude is rude and arrogant.

Hopefully the management can do something to improve this because this is not the first time I see her being rude to others. And yes the poor attitude of this staff being highlighted in other reviews as well.

Again now I trying the other Dr Nah clinic in my neighborhood. Always give 6 medicine costing over $80 and of which ALL 6 medicine does not suit me. The cough syrup and phlegm pill made my throat which is not sore became sore throat, apnadol dun want to give use anarex for fever pain muscle relaxant only cause my throat dry and spasm of headache, so I stopped taking lozenges ok for sorr throat, one for runny nose allergy itch I also stopped as not relevant, left antibiotic I take and still experience my headache squeeze pulling sensation which I do not have before seeing Dr.. listen carefully Dr, I said I only have a little cough hardly able to cough out phlegm and Dr simply threw. all these 6 items and when I call clinic to inform of my headache from taking their medicine, the other Dr tell me to go polyclinic or emergency dpt to take blood test. So you mean your clinic just sell medine cannot take blood test. My top right head now is still pulsating on antibiotics alone.

There was no indication for queuing up prior to the clinic open. Previously once door open all rushed in and the counter staff didnt even ask who came first but to my surprised today suddenly the chinese lady counter staff (25/11 @ 8am) ask who came first. Refused to inform me her name. When i talk to the other lady she told me i was supposed to know who came before me. Pls do something on this. I believe q should starts when the clinic is open at 8am. I ended up going to another clinic where they take in pre-registration over the phone.

Brought my 3 year old son to consult Dr Nah for the very first time, not the first time for me. All my visits with Dr Nah has been very pleasant. Really recommend patients to consult him. Thank you.

The most horrible & worst experience i’ve had at a family clinic.

1. Doctor was extremely unprofessional. Told her my throat feels weird & lumpy, have visited another clinic & finished the medications but not recovering. She told me from what she can “see” (without any thorough observation), there’s nothing wrong with my throat, she dk whats wrong inside because she can't see. If i want to know more i need to get professionals to do a scanning.

2. She said there is no medication to prescribe because whatever i need was given by the previous clinic (WHICH I’VE ALREADY FINISHED). All she can give is lozenges.

3. Cashier was no where better than the doctor. EXTREMELY RUDE. While waiting, i overheard them bad-mouthing about customers loudly.

4. Passed me my medications without further explanation on the direction of use/dosage needed each time (the doctor prescribed a different kind of gastric meds for gastric acid that may cause infection to throat after i insist).

5. Made payment by nets but got insulted I got no cash.

Employer must have overwork them. Just wanna quickly chase their customers off so they can go home because from the cashier “every time when we are about to end work, the clinic will be flooded with customers.”

Horrendous work ethic.

Visit at your own risk. Wasted time, wasted money, SICKNESS NOT SOLVED. Treating it as a donation.

Honestly Dr.Nah is a very good doctor would recommend everyone to see him. But I’m kinda upset that their worker who works at Front Desk really giving me a bad impression! Rude and not friendly at all and they affecting the company name. Please find someone that has more professional and good at customer service. Thanks
