They be charging 7 to 8 quids for this dry milk cake. I mean it is a MILK cake!!!! How can it be so dry. He did not even bother pouring more of the creamy milk on it. The worst Tres leches I have ever had in my life. We brought it home and had it after 2 hours. Yet it was dry. Imagine that!

The Mango ice cream is delicious. The pistachio latte was also very lovely. Staff could do with clearing up after tables especially when it is clearly very busy.

I was served by two lovely gentlemen they provided high standard friendly customer services they were ever so polite, but unfortunately, I did not get their names. I ordered a Nutella crepe which which was made with great care. The only reason why I put a 4 star is because, as a kind suggestion, they should offer a more variety of crepes and waffles. However, I highly do recommend giving it a try 🙂

I have an absolutely great experience with your staff member a lady called Aurora, she was very patient, friendly and helpful too.
Aurora helped to choose the flavour and I was very happy with the way she was explaining and she has been very professional as she asked me if I have any allergies while she was explaining the ingredients in each ice cream flavour.
The counter was really busy and I didn’t expect such an exceptional treat from Aurora.
I will always recommend Snow Flake at Stratford westfield centre to all of my friends and team.

Had the mango stick which was really creamy and yummy. A definite must try! My sister has biscoff ice cream in a cone and really enjoyed it too. Good value and nice service

Located on the lower ground floor of Westfields near the food court. If you love ice cream done the proper way than you have to try this place, made using organic Jersey milk from Somerset, and adding all natural ingredients, all of their items are made by hand to perfect that luscious gelato that’s just melts on your tongue omg mouth is watering just thinking about them lolz. The range of flavours is nice, with vegan options available, loved the mini sticks and cake so cute gotta try them next. I bought a large cup at £6.50 I thought it was reasonably priced, chose the stracciatella, caramel fudge brownie and my favourite of course coffee . So creamy and they filled it up nicely 2 scoops of 3 flavours allowed, you definitely gotta try them…
