Great customer Service and some fantastic guitars.

I bought a used Eastman E10D from Mak and found dealing with him really easy with no pressure on the sale. When it arrived it looked like it had just come from the factory. I struggled with it at first and was going to send it back. I spoke to Phil when I contacted the shop and he was really helpful and said that they would arrange for it to be picked up after the Christmas period. Meanwhile I played the guitar and really started to like it. Long story short, I phoned Mak's to say I would keep it, and they were very pleased that I was enjoying the guitar.
So they are very nice to deal with, have an easy returns policy that they stick to. I would definitely recommend Mak's Guitars.

Visited a number of guitar shops in central London and Mak’s gave us the best experience of them all - lovely guy and a really helpful and non-pushy approach. I was able to look at, and play, as many guitars as I liked and found the perfect one for me in the end. And at a great price too. Fantastic experience!!

I recently bought an Amalio Burguet 2M Classical Guitar off Mak. Apart from the guitar being incredible value for money for an all solid wood guitar, the service I received from Mak was first class.

Excellent communication via email and phone after ordering the guitar on line.

I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Mak if you’re looking for a new Guitar.

You can rest assured that the guitar you receive IS the guitar wonderfully photographed on the website. Mak is a true gentleman, who wants you to be sure about, and be happy with your purchase. If you want total confidence in buying without trying, look no further. Mak is also a fine musician, with many years of experience in the trade. Wholeheartedly recommended. 😊

Mak was a top fella. No pushy selling going on here. Just helpful and relaxed experience. I was left to play away at my own leisure. Mak just left me to it. Cool guys with a real worthwhile collection of guitars to choose. Yesterday , I walked by lots of London stores as nothing looked that good but at Mak's they may have the guitar you don't have yet. Mak knows his stuff for sure and I've come away with a nice django guitar and a good off the cuff London experience.
