Dead valentines roses for ÂŁ80. No reply to emails. Terrible service, absolutely atrocious. Complaint to trading standards and will escalate to a small claims court. How dare they. I wish I came across there Trustpilot reviews before purchase. To all else who have been stung, I suggest you take them to court for a refund. Dead, shrivelled flowers. Cheap and tacky.

THE MOST TRASH COMPANY, zero communication. It's a shame because the flowers are actually really beautiful. I've ordered from them 3 times and the last 2 times have been an absolute joke. My recent order was the last straw. The delivery date has come and still no dispatch note. I desperately try to get hold of someone with no success, only for them to cancel my order at 6PM!!!!! AVOID!

Absolutely the worst! My partner ordered an eternal rose and Ferraro Roche for our anniversary. The box of chocolates arrived damaged. I’ve contacted the customer service and they totally ignored me. They destroyed a memorable day. Don’t waste your money!!

Terrible company I thought they were good nah they are terrible. Send me the wrong item for my birthday, the ballon is just awful deflated after only an hour and the flowers aren’t good. They never reply at all. I’ve sent them over ten emails I’m exhausted. Don’t go with this flower company waste of time and energy! Also they are crazed on insta, insta doesn’t mean anything. If you want to get scammed then go with this company. If you don’t want to then please go with a different company avoid at all costs!!!!

Absolutely appalling. The flowers arrived rotten, the petals were shrivelled, the wrapping looked like a black garbage bag and the flowers themselves smelt like rotting fish. The flowers did NOT look like the image on the website. My emails were ignored and I was not offered a refund for the ÂŁ60 I paid.

Thanks for the lovely flowers, from my experience the service was great! Great flowers, delivered next day nice and early and everything as I expected. That’s my experience and mummy is very happy on Mothers Day,

I have only given 4 stars as they are not exactly the same as the website photo, but I am happy as the buds will open I am sure, photos attached.

I placed an order a few days ago for a “large” hat box of flowers intended for my girlfriends first day at her new job. When they were opened to be honest I was embarrassed. This order cost me £60, the packaging was twice as tall as the whole arrangement but too skinny so that most of the side flowers got crushed. Furthermore, it was extra money for a large hat box and I’m sorry but that box was offensively small, the only hat that would fit would be a skull cap. I understand it’s not literally a hat box, but it was seriously pathetic size for the cost, I can only imagine how big the “small box” is. I could have paid a third and done a better job myself if not just had a beautiful big bunch of flowers delivered and would have been much better. Company won’t even respond to me. Will be reported.
