Used to be great! Empty big isles. But unfortunately, this has gone like every other Vons - understaffed, with long check out lines, no self check out, the express lane is never open. Shelves are disheveled and out of stock. Staff doesn’t care - sad?

great location and fixes my big back needs. being a vons member saves me from scary prices and im so thankful for that i wouldve been broke by now without it. love it here!!

This Vons location is an absolute nightmare when it comes to checkout efficiency. Saturday night around 7 PM, a peak time for weekend shoppers, and to my disbelief, there was only one register open! The line stretched out with about 30 people waiting to check out. It’s beyond frustrating to see such poor staffing choices, especially when the store is clearly packed.

This isn’t the first time I’ve noticed this issue either—it’s always the same story, no matter the time or day. Vons, you need to get it together and prioritize your customers’ time. It’s unacceptable to leave one cashier to handle the crowd on a busy evening.

They need to improve checkout efficiency in terms of waiting time in peak times like weekends if
they think customer satisfaction.
When I look at reviews it has been pointed out but no improvement made for years.

It's very rare that you walk into a grocery store and immediately notice how clean and organized everything is.

This place is well kept, has great staff members, and in general a very nice to stop at. They're produce, meat/seafood, floral, even down to the random nick nacks department all look like fresh and well configured.

And do not worry, there is a Starbucks located inside. There is also a Peet's Coffee and Tea located in the shopping center.

Don't get blown away by the evening/morning rushes. Besides that it's and nice place to get and out of.

Stopped by the deli yesterday around 1:20 pm, it was understaffed and the customer service felt as if I was visiting a county jail or the DMV. They also need a self check out section.

Wow I usually go to trader Joe's or whole foods for my groceries I do go to Vons from time to. I'll come to Vons for my grocery Staples like dairy or major brand needs. I particularly like this because it's always clean and the shelves are always well stock. I come here probably every two weeks and I always see the happy workers here. Some know me and even say hi. I also like that there is a Starbucks here, it's nice getting my caffeine fix before I do my grocery shopping. It's nice that Vons have all these coupons and discounts unlike the other higher end supermarkets. I love getting deals from all my purchases whenever I come here.
